There once was a girl who loved roses more than anything in the world. Each day she would pick one rose from her garden to place in a vase inside. The roses made her day extra special.
Then one day the girl went outside and her roses were destroyed during the night by some hungry grasshoppers. She cried tears and tears because her roses were destroyed.
Later that day she heard a knock on the door. When she opened the door she found a bouquet of roses on the steps from a secret sender. Oh her heart fluttered as she picked up the bundle to smell their sweet fragrance.
Inspired by their beauty, the girl pulled out her watercolors to paint them. The painting allowed her to always have a more joyful day even when the grasshoppers destroyed the outside roses.
