I love listening to creative podcasts to learn from other artists. One such artist I love listening to is Bonnie Christine, who has a new podcast called “The Professional Creative.”
Episode 16, “Developing Your Signature Style”, was a great motivational listen for me because it helped me by providing prompts for the next year to help develop my art habit. She says to create a lot which is why she gives a theme for 52 weeks, 365 days of prompts!
I am happy to say that I made it through one week of drawing in the morning!
The first week of prompts was house plants.
From drawing this week, I have learned that I am more whimsical in my drawing. Upon reflection on the art, I like the drawings but I want to try drawing digitally with Procreate for week 2.
